01. How to Book
Bookings can be made via Instagram or WhatsApp. We answer all messages during work hours or as soon as possible.
Please include in your message:
- Your Name & Surname
- Treatment required (e.g., Full Cover Tips)
- Do you need a soak off? (Product on nails)
- Art requirements (Send a photo reference)
- Preferred dates/times (Weekday vs Saturday)
02. Payments
We accept Cash or Immediate EFT on the day.
* All new clients must pay cash for their first appointment.

04. Cancellation Policy
"Time is valuable. When you forget or cancel without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that spot."

Standard Notice
Minimum 24 hours required to reschedule.

Late Cancel
Less than 24h notice incurs a 50% fee.

Very Late / No Show
Less than 8h notice or no-show incurs full fee.
05. Late Arrivals
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and charged at 100% as it counts as a no-show.
STRICT RULE:If cancellation fees are not paid, future bookings will be blocked.
