By accessing this website and booking services with Beauty by Dani, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

02. Appointments & Cancellations

Strict Cancellation Policy

24 Hours NoticeYou must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations (Under 24h)Subject to a fee of 50% of the booked treatment value.

Very Late / No-ShowsUnder 8h notice or failure to arrive will incur a 100% fee.

03. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid delaying the next client. In such cases, the full treatment price remains payable.

04. Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may compromise your health or safety (e.g., nail infections).

05. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your service. We accept cash and immediate EFT.

Note: New clients are required to pay via cash for their first appointment.

06. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and professional experience, Beauty by Dani is not liable for any personal property loss or damage during your visit. We are also not liable for any adverse reactions to products used if you have not disclosed relevant allergies or medical conditions.
